Most times OKT are unaware of such stupid behaviour till customers feedback to them.

I don't think what KOC wrote is completely wrong also (maybe can be more tactful) and although I don't fully agree but it is his opinion and it is a bit harsh to prosecute him for it.
Me view is that end of the day, it is a transaction and both party need to respect each other. This is not a easy line to get into and I quite sure that they will definitely meet some weirdos from time to time. But as long the bro is respectful, I feel that they should at least be professional about it or they should consider doing something else. I know it can be hard but it is the same as any other service line in any other industry. I also have my own fair share of unreasonable customers in my work but unless they cross a line (become abusive etc), I still have to smile and do my job as I am getting paid for it.
