agree to a certain extent on similar risk with a colleague, esp if she comes back after her grad to the same company! I had a few good memories with interns.. Flirt with them, be nice to them, shower them with gifts esp on xmas or special events, and bring them out for dinner/drinks on their last day and thats where you reap your returns
