Its important to have rapport with all be it any aspect of life. Certain bosses ask for feedback. i gave them my thoughts straight as arrow. Good means good, no good means no good. End of the day i am still a paying customer. Its up to the stables to prove themselves as trustworthy to us the customers n not vice versa. They are good i support they fail me then my $$$ is going elsewhere. I think its only fair.
