The chili chicken, salted eat fried chicken, mango fish, black pepper crab, tomyam soup, Kang kong w belacan, and much more. This place sells halal food.

One of the cheapest in town n good food.

Rating of 9/10, for food, price. Non air con place, can be very crowded on week ends n holiday evenings, closed every Thursday. Open at about 545pm local time.
Agreed with you on the pricing rating. For the food quality/taste, I felt that Marine Live Seafood was better. Too bad it is no longer in operation.

Yes, my main grouse is that it gets really hot at Hai Ou, especially with the sitting area underneath the zinc roof. If they air-con the dining area, it'll make for a much better dining atmosphere (but I suppose that'll eventually cause the food price to go up LOL).

If you haven't tried it, the sambal petai with tofu and prawn is damn good. A serving of that with white rice is good enough for a completely satisfying meal hehehe... They also have a fried fish with nyonya sauce, which is sweet, sour and spicy. This item is not on the menu and is damn shiok
