Yes, it's called Bali Thai. Located in front of BCS and 2 shop spaces away from Grand Duck restaurant.

Tried the full body massage once and I thought it was crap. The so-called VIP room was such a small and stuffy room that I couldn't wait to get out. Nothing resembling Bali nor Thailand whatsoever. LOL...
