I learned that most Batam KTV needs to have minimum spending to get room free. For example ,room is 100k rupiah per hour,you spend 10 hours in it BUT if my food and beverages adds up over a juta,those "hours" in dollar spent in the KTV room were offset.

I have only been to Alishan thrice in my 3 years (if I don't remember wrong) and thrice,it has given me a fairly good impression. The girls tried to keep most of us entertained,but very unlike those China/Singapore ktv that I can openly strip all of them (the girls) and have them running around playing,bbbj-ing openly etc,hehehe...these exist in Batam,becos I have seen it mentioned in the old thread before,and I believe it really depend how regular I am in the Batam KTV scene to make things work in those direction,hehehe...

You were right,bro...tip only when they do their job ,tip more only when they do well (value-added). Of course if a situation cause by the girls completely disappoint me and that I wont be returning,i wouldn't have tip at all.
One of the reason why I choose to tip a little becos I MAY return,hehehe...and as you know in this scene,words of mouth spread around deep between the girls and staffs (kind of like some law of nature in Batam).
