Point noted.

Just like your pet peeves is about roaches in rooms, mine is about hot water, or rather the lack of. Most FL will have no issue with no hot water though, as a lot of their own rental room don't come with air con or water heater. How fortunate we are in Singapore that these 2 amenities are taken for granted.

Take a look at room stay in Nagoya Mall. It's 250k for 1 night and room cleaniness is tip top. No worries of no hot water too.
