Batam is not Singapore! If you plan to spend that much, you will be either really pampering yourself with maximum luxury, or overspending and giving your contribution to spoil the market.
Think about this for a daily budget:
Hotel: 50-100 SGD (Formosa can be 60-70)
Food: 20-60 SGD (1 small lunch + 1 good dinner, from cheap meat/vegetarian, to most expensive seafood, possibly inviting 1-2 girls with you)
Transportation: 15 SGD (a couple of taxi rides + some ojek)
Girls: 40-150 SGD (per girl, where 40 is the minimum for a girl from disco and 150 should be the maximum for a girl booked from joint)
Sure, there is no upper limit when someone is determined to spend, but staying on ground I'd say that you can spend 500 SGD only if you stay in a top-notch hotel, book one girl (maybe two?) from expensive KTV and also drink there abundantly.
