Juz keep her household booklet aside since there's no change in it, unless she married to another chinese in China, den her name in the household booklet will be tfred to the male's family.
Check with counter staff in 4th flr first as whether you can apply a LTSVP instead of a social visa or not? As I'm not sure whether ICA will grant you a LTSVP directly which I don't think so, and a social visa is granted for her to come here, and then apply for LTSVP thereafter. I strongly believe that your spouse need a medical check-up in singapore before LTSVP is approved.
