nobody can tell you what is the rate this week or next week...we were surprised friends change 17470 last wewkend when market indicate 17300...so we not sure what happened but I believe there are big buyers asking money changers for large notes...and give better than market rates...
if small amount then no diff...but big amount can be a few millions diff...
