For social visa, normally called the single-trip journey visa, once she return back to china, requires to re-apply for another new set of entry visa again in order for entrance.
Those who have the Long Term Social Visit Visas of at least 3 mths, accompanied with the green card, are allowed to make multiple trips out of singapore and return back without problems.
