Not all customer will like u even u provide 5 star service
I can only say always be fair to people and put yrself in the other party shoe
Its like i buy 2 pkt of horfun i ate one pkt.
I am full and i go back to refund the other pkt.
How will the hawker feel...unless u found a dead rat then uncan challenge this? For this case any issues with the gal?
Or izzit the gal don blow for him? The gal don allow him raw and he is not happy? Who knows
