For sure pictures are almost always edited nowadays, at least given a simple filter, but when looking at pictures from different angles together, only a professional can edit them all so they give the same impression. As for Gal I would say the general face shape is the same in all pictures, so should be real enough. Of course the picture you included in your post is filtered to be more white and clean than in real life, and the makeup makes her eyes look bigger. In real life she will be darker and have less perfect skin. As for her body frame, all the pictures together tells me that she indeed has a small frame, especially upper body. The full body shot is probably the most true representation. If you like the way she looks on the picture you included, I would say go for it because real life should be close enough except for the whitening filter.

Of course service wise I have no idea. She looks like a cute fresh shy girl. If you have time and money and are horny why not give it a try? And let us know how it was of course.
