I m asking on behave of my fren, we work in same company.
My fren date this prc operator, they have been together for 1 year plus already.
She is going back China this January, after 4 years working here. ( contract end ).
My fren is depress now and dunno what to do, they haven’t married yet, and she is going back in this few weeks time.

Yes, they plan to marry, but in this shortest time, it look impossible.

Here are some questions
1.after she go back, is she allow to come back and stay here after this CNY ? what they need to do ?
-> she apply for visa in China, and come over here ? and stay for 14 days then after every 14days go to JB and come back here again ?
-> can he apply LTSVP for her or act as her sponsor here ? even thou they are only BF & GF relation ?
I heard of sponsor, but mean what ? and social visit pass mean what pass ?

What if she come back here, but after 14 days, will ICA ask her to leave ?

what is the proper way for them if they get married,
1. she come over here with visa after this CNY, then go ROM and apply LTSVP for her ?
2. in this case, higher chance for her to grant this LTSVP ?
3. Or, my fren fly to China, register there, and bring her here and then apply LTSVP for her here ?
Which is they best way ?

If register in China, need to translate the Married Cert, and endorse by whom ? what are the documents needed to bring back here ? and need to translate to Eng ?
What is family booklate ?

My fren status, m’sian 4 years PR, diploma holder, work in same com 6 years.
Her status, forget what qualifcation, but work in Sg as operator 4 years.

Base on above, any big problem, I mean granting LTSVP or PR for her after marry ?
