LTSVP will most probably not be approved because they are not married. Its usually provided to spouse or those PDMM, and those on LTSVP can't work, unless approved by MOM.
Those previously employed in Singapore, they should get approval for the registration of marriage. Usually if you are earning alright, and you have not at the time of application being pregnant or married in a foriegn country, and you put in that you are likely to become pregnant within 6 months of marriage, the comptroller will usually have no objections.
With that, you can register your marriage in Singapore. Once you have registered the marriage, you should quickly try to apply to ICA for the spouse to get LTSVP or PR status.
