There's likely more than just those listed hotels that provides free shuttle service. A lot of hotels i notice do provide except they just didn't put it out to let customer/guest knw abt it.
What i am trying to say is,u got to approach the hotel recept to ask them before they'll tell u (if they provide those certain services).
