This thread is indeed a godsend for those with foreign spouses, and I have found the first 15 pages really beneficial. Kudos to you all!

I also singaporean and married to foreign wife. She's Australian. The problem is, I have no income tax here in Sg, as I have been working and living in Australia all this while. Does this mean I not eligible to apply spouse visa for her to come live and work in Sg with me?

We're planning to come back cos my parents are getting old, and also for our future kids. Don't want them growing up call me by name!
