Its a new hotel,bro. Give them some time before going to stay there,which is what i often did,hehehe...new hotel in Batam will usually have a lot of problem,eg lack of staffs,coordination dont go too well due to lacking experience etc.
New hotel,i usually wait 1st. I dont want to be a "guinea pig",hehehe...just like Woda Resort in Batam,hehehe...
