This may be an unpopular opinion but my opinion is that people should not negotiate this. Let it happen naturally because a girl will always let you know if she really wants to stay or if she doesn't or if she wants to really fuck or she doesn't.
Negotiation does not improve the outcome or overall feeling of this experience. If she really doesn't want to stay then fine.. let her go. If you make her stay from obligation then it really sours the experience.
I find that girls that really like you don't need to be convinced much to stay. They will do it automatically or they just ask if you want them to leave..and of course I prefer girls to stay if they are good and they always happily oblige with morning after activities

I never tip girls who leave or give less than satisfactory experience though.
