bro, i opt for a full time diploma instead. all the eng course offered by pte insituaton is very ex. up to a few k, found a cheap one but no gurantee of student pass for one yr period.
after surveying, what ppl normally do is to enrol for a pte dip. to get student pass, then go for cheap eng course at the same time. they can then learn eng & get a dip. educated in english. after looking through at the ridiculously high fee for pte dip. i decided it will be more cost efficient to go for ft poly dip.
there is a very affordable school located at bugis called Evander. spoke to the boss & find her very professional.
