Don't think you are being hard or demanding, to me time management on the ML part is BASIC. It's her job to make sure the previous bro get lost on time and it's up to her to propose alternative solution if indeed is the previous bro an asshole who overstay and refuse to go. Simplest alternative solution can be in that form of discounted rate or if possible, push back the next customer start time, but this is usually tough if she is fully booked.

The worst type is she keep quiet despite starting us late, whine about the situation but offer no solution and ASSUME we will just pay full rate and fuck off on time.
