I can answer this part...for single women travel on Jetstar to Sin...counter staff will ask a few info before allow gal to check in...

- what reason to visit sin
- bring enough money for expenses
The deposit 5mil vnd is for u-turn return ticket which airline refused to absorb and ICA dun care will just ask airline to absorb if gal no money...
