But that's not implemented across the board in all Hotel in Philippines. Star hotels do ask to register. My favorite haunt in Makati did not, I thought, but after a 3 some night, next day check out, reception says I have to Pay for additional occupant as Ms X or Y is considered extra. :P without batting an eye
