I am not rich like Bill gates, but 2k is not enough, at least agree to 3K and if they meet your expectations, add the 2K.
Rule No 1 in negotiation with filipina, if they ask 5K and you give 6K, they will be a bit disappointed.
if they ask 5K, negotiate to 3K and then give a 2K tip, they: will be forever grateful to you
That 6K is more than 5K wont register
BTW, I said give a bit because taxi can end up costing 200 or 500 for the girl. So up and down, is 1K.
Locanto, if they look too good to be true, follow the basic steps. Meet near the hotel or some place, size them up, and bring them to the hotel. That way you can avoid possible LBs or drama queens
