Vietnamese love for USA has been since before the vietnam war. They believe that USA will give them chances to make money and become rich. At the same time, the large number of vietkieus in USA gave them the wrong impression that once they go USA, they will strike it rich. Wrong idea and wrong impression, but they still believe in it.
