Unfortunately, STDs like chlamydia and gonorrhea sometimes don’t exhibit any external symptoms and they pose a real difficulty with detecting them. Unfortunately with the predilection many people here have for bbbj and AR, these STDs now have a better chance to flourish.

It’s a fact, guys. The clientele here don’t practice the safest hygienic standards. And it requires a mindset shift from all of us. Don’t assume that Singapore is safe simply because our STD rates are low and many of the FL/ML need to go for STD screening before coming here. We’re an extremely open and international country, all sorts of viruses and bacteria get in. Just look at our regular flu seasons as an example. Even in China, Korea and Japan, people will wear masks if they’re sick. But Singaporeans? No one wears masks and everyone still goes to work even when sick, then we cough and sneeze all over everyone and then the whole floor falls sick. But we only have ourselves to blame. If the Chinese have learned to wear masks, why can’t we? Similarly, if we know that condoms help prevent STD, why aren’t we putting them on for blowjobs?
