There are many European FLs who are shocked at the risks customers and FLs in Asia take.

A lot of throat and genital cleansing products for both men and women with special applicators and made specifically for anti viral and anti bacterial are available in Europe but completely not available in Asia. They are fast, simple, cheap and easy to use and greatly reduce chance of infection although nothing is 100%. Mouthwash doesn't work well and cannot be used in certain areas without a lot of pain.

It is cheap, fast and easy for men and women to get tested regularly, say every 3 months, for the full range of 8 or 10 most common STDs including HIV. It will make things safer for everyone, and happier with less stress.
