I didnt even see one floor up yet after i see their 1st phase launch a year plus ago. And they are already launching their sale for phase 2 beginning of 2019.

This afternoon on the way to GBM saw this uncompleted building at Baloi juntion...
It's remind me donkey years ago I noticed it, and it is in the same state till now...
This is one of the reasons which makes me not dare to commit on batam property.
