those kidnapped by them are 99% due to they took up the loan from them to gamble and unable to pay.
so if u do not take any loan from them, basically them wont disturb u.
today the Police nabbed the 2 taxi driver who had been going around to rob the chinese passenger. Police found gun with them too.
Taxi driver also carry guns, its more fun in the PH.
