My last trip is last year July. Never encountered that kind of long queue before though. My ex boss did. His wife is Chinese from Balai. Kena once, he queue until the point we alight from the ferry with his family. As he got kids, paid up the money for express queue and clear in 2-3 minutes. I always strive to alight first and walk very² fast. So, usually within the first 5-10 in the queue. Singaporean mah, have to exhibit a bit of kiasu-ness.
