im on a similar but maybe more problematic case here

my girlfriend is from kengtung myanmar (same as biker69 bro) but mine was a ex WL here (cat40) howveer that was so long ago, it is already almost 4 years since she left singapore, havent stepped in yet.. i am thinking how long was the ban for her as she herself dont know.

another problem is that in the past she came with a fake thai pp, and now that she has a legal international passport from myanmar, i'm afriad to bring her over for fear that she got jailed for previous offence...

my qn is, since she havent come back to singapore for 4yrs, i am thinking of being honest and pay ICA a visit myself and maybe bring out this matter as honestly and discreetly, stating that she wishes to come back and she has followed the rulle for 4 yrs already ?

or is there a better more discreet matter which would cause any followup problems in future should she really tries to come in, i think the bros here are more familiar with such cases, hope u can direct me in similar directions. thanks alot.
