Bro @hornyboy9000, I feel for you as I had (almost) the same experience as you today, with the exception that I immediately pinged the Okt and told him I was leaving after seeing the FL.
As such I did not have to endure the dismal bonking experience you described or had to part with my cash. As you quite rightly pointed out the FL who opened the door, was completely different from both the pictures and stats advertised.
I also got blur responses from the Okt like "you have seen the wrong girl".... No shit Sherlock....

Like you I was initially also kept waiting by the Okt for quite some time before receiving directions to the apartment. At no point did I get any apology or an offer of a discount for a future bonk, just excuses like "the wrong girl may have opened the door" or "the agent has sent me these pictures"
IMO the only way we can try to curb these practices is by all standing together and rejecting and leaving immediately if we have been victim of "bait and switch".
Don't let your small brain do the thinking in these situations.
