I would put a premium on a girl who has both youth and a good personality. Some mediocre physical attributes can be overlooked if they have those two traits.
I bet these local ah pek types have a similar criteria
. Although i'm not into the underage look. I think around 19-20 is the sweet spot.
A person can easily throw money at beauty but if someone just wants beauty as sole premium I think Vietnam or even Thailand is better in most cases.
