Bro, i think 50% will be foreigners. Latest employment statisitcs show 51% of new jobs go to Singaporeans and Singapore PR. But so many PRC chinese, India Indians and SWM become PR, so how many % of the jobs really went to Singaporeans? I seriously wonder.
