Had a similar experience on 21st(Friday). After getting the appointment and reaching 10 mins early, was made to wait for more than 45 mins (No room available excuse). Then when I went in, the room was a small enclosed space where you could hear everyone come in and talk and stuff. Some bro was out there arguing as well. Not a good experience at all. The girl (Fiona) was okay, seemed to be rushing, would not french until I agreed to a tip. It was my first time trying these services and tbh, not a good experience.
