What Bro Sha Gua said is true. There's no so called FIXED land size. Very often, i find foreigners always mistaken a lot of things about vietnam. Last time when i just settled there, i always mistaken a lot of things about the country, government's policies and also the culture.
Land size is of course dependent on how big u want to buy. My house in HCM City outskirts is 12m x 20m. 3 storeys high with 7 en suite rooms and is just infront of saigon river. Although price is stagnant now, but i do expect it to rise in the future and i will sell it off for a profit.
