Actually to each his own cos everyone will have their own thoughts & analysis as to when & where to buy
sometimes I see some even arguing until like life & death situations on forums with each claiming too be very knowledgeable but they only regurgitate what they have read from others whom they perceived to be knowledgeable which those other people also actually read from others....ETC & the vicious cycle goes on.....
There are a lot of things that I should have taken the risks/plunge years ago and I chickened out due to uncertainties & differing opinions & I have regretted some of them until today
In simple words take calculated risks if you can afford the money as long as those are additional funds you can afford to spend (not borrow or clear out your savings) and/or if you are buying for somebody else (which please don't as it undermines relationship esp if it is a Viet spouse)
