U can try qian hui yu chang, located at zhongshan road, opp bank of china building. It's located on the 3rd level of a buliding with ktvs. The jazzuzi pool is huge, with a lot of facilities inside. There's even a pool table. You can basically spend a whole day there relaxing. Best of all, a 2 hr massage + special is only 398 rmb (including usage of facilities).
Be sure to try the Wuxi xiao long pao & Wuxi spareribs.
