Fully agree on this. There is no excuse saying that the previous customer does not want to leave and you have to wait. Neither do I condone ML who gives special preferential treatment time wise.
That was a bane (ML not managing time/booking well) in this industry, don't make it a norm, guys. Let's all be automatic a bit if the ML needs us to leave 5 mins earlier to prepare, that is acceptable.
