On such days, I usually close shop at 4 and go for session at 4+ pm. It certainly helps that I stay 5 mins away from city. After that just nice time for dinner to replenish depleted nutrients.

Good for you lor.. It’s actually quite a privilege to be able to work from home during certain days of the week..
