If you are looking to start a relationship, i will suggest you looking for a part time job that you really like. Work throughout your studies on weekends. From there, i believe you will be able to find yourself a suitable half. Although you might burn off your only ‘rest day’ but on the positive side, you got yourself additional income and a bigger social circle.
PS. Btw, that’s how i got my wife as well. Just my 2cents opinion.
