There is a risk with BBBJ that you may pick up an STD. It's quite a small risk, but can definitely happen. Gonorrhoea and herpes are in the realms of possibility. Gonorrhoea can be treated. Herpes in incurable but can be managed. Also, because oral herpes and genital herpes 'prefer' to infect their usual sites, it is often (but not always) mild when contracted via BBBJ. You just have to balance the pleasure vs the risk.
I don't think there's any point whatsoever taking into account the 'popularity' of a girl and how many FRs she has. An unpopular girl could have fucked 1000s of men in her lifetime. You just don't know.
Once you've decided to take on the (relatively) small risk and go for the BBBJ - take any girl you feel like having. The risk is going to be pretty much the same whichever girl you choose.
