I went to that area to have a walk in my last trip too (during beginning of February, i think).
I couldnt find that Hong Ti shop around.

Further down towards Windsor Food court is a stall that sells coconut fruit which is at least 10% to 15% bigger than a basketball.
When i reach Windsor food court, a temple well hidden away caught my attention...

Recce that area several times, including Hai Hai 2 hotel but wasnt able to find that Hong Ti coffee shop. Its drizzling on that day, i thought i might have missed it, hence i walk another round using different route.
However i saw the changes in Permata Indah. Used to be Batam biggest overnight KTV booking joint with the most number of girls, but later after its closure, it became something else and eventually today left with nothing.
