Look at those who gave bad reviews and continued to be removed. Does it help? Where's the choice in this case? I am not saying you have to bow down to OKTs, just FR with some tact lah. I rarely gave bad FR. The one I did remember (was really bad and multiple complains from others as well) ended up the girl getting sent back.
