Its PHYSICAL open ticket, and NOT promotional coupon/voucher/e-ticket.
For more enquiry, better to give them a call to double check. I just did,hehehe...and above were the information i gathered.

Just another small update on Horizon Ferry ticket/coupon :
I went to down to Horizon ferry counter at Harbourfront yesterday, they tell me there will be NO EXTENSION for Horizon ferry coupons/vouchers unless you use the coupon/voucher before 31st March via paying the terminal fee and surcharge (of S$28) to redeem for the physical ticket. (expiry date extension only applies to physical ferry tickets,NOT voucher/coupon)

Meaning to say, use this coupon below (before it expires):
Bring to to Horizon Ferry counter at Harbourfront, and pay them S$28.
To get this ticket :
They will chop Horizon-logo stamp on the back of the Horizon ticket above (after you pay S$28).
The extension time according to them is, ...after government declare Coronavirus epidemic is over, add 6 months to the ticket itself. You may exchange this ticket to boarding pass at a later time (before the then given expiry date of course).
Thats what they tell me.
In between those time if there are any changes, i wont know.
(its a pretty good deal,hehehe...and i am converting a couple of voucher/coupon to ticket by end of this month)
For more information, call them.
Just sharing.
