Different culture, different ways the virus spread.
Apparently, Taiwan & Vietnam been doing a good job due to its culture. Sg can only be rated just 2 steps behind.

That was because u "fast-handed" quite a substantial amount of them to bring to Batam for those who needs its there but end up cannot go now.
I have quite a bit from yr last order, end up distributing them away in Sg.
Now only left with enough for family & myself for the next few months.
