Damn farking slow refund process until I lost track on some of them
Got 1 See-lang-koot Laos ticket I request refund from Jan until now then settle, had to call their call centre 3 different times each over a month apart to settle
even Ass-Ai-Eh also up till now not settled for another 2 other tickets to PP which travel dates already over
