Its human nature for ppl to judge based on looks.
But I think that because they are in a service line, should have a minimum standard of professionalism towards all customers regardless of age/size..
I'm below 30, so haven't had the issue of being judged because of age.. but I would hate to have that happen to me next time.
Even for Zoya, from our convo, she did mention that she is very restrictive towards older customers.
But end of the day, they are here to provide us with a service, so I feel that as long as bros are gentlemenly towards them, they shd still provide the minimum standards la..
Don't need choose here choose there like those aunties picking fruits at NTUC.
