It depends on the lady, some ladies don't like speed variation as she may like a constant rhythm.

For doggy style better to go from slow to fast but vary the penetration depth instead.

Tried it with several Angmoh, Chinese and also the usual Thai and Pinoy ones.

Try the sets shallow deep penetration method.

How it works is you pick a number somewhere between 6 and 10. Mainly will be determined on your stamina, if you can last longer choose a higher number. I usually choose 7 or 9.

Where it is 9, I do it this way.

Slow : 1/4 of your dick into her 9 times.
Slow : 1/3 of your dick into her 4 times, 1/4 into her 4 times & 1 2/3 deep into her.
Slow : 1/3 of yours into her 3 times, 1/4 into her 4 times, 3/4 deep 1 time & 2/3 deep 1 time.
Slow : 6 times 1/4 into her, 1 all your dick into her, 2 2/3 into her a bit faster.
Medium : 5 1/3 into her, 4 2/3 into her.
Medium : 4 1/4 into her, 2 2/3 into her, 1 full and 2 3/4.
Medium : 3 1/4 into her, 3 full, 6 3/4
Medium : 2 1/3 into her, 8 full.
Medium : 9 full.
Fast : 8 full & 1 1/4
Fast : 7 full & 2 1/3
Fast : 3 full, 3 2/3 and 3 1/4
Fast : 4 full, 1 3/4 and 4 1/3
Fast : 4 2/3 and 5 1/3
Fast : 3 full and 7 1/3
Fast : 2 full & 8 1/4
Fast : 1 full & 3 1/4, 3 1/3 and 3 1/2.
Fast : 9 1/2

You could then start again or I usually stick to
Shallow = 1/3 into her and deep = full.
3-5 deep and 2 shallow.

Can be used in missionary position as well but better in doggy position.

Looks like alot of work and alot of steps to remember.
Might as well lay on the bed and let her do all the work.
