The Hotel u mention is Utama n is the latest addition to batam's hotel which was only open on May 07, however if im not wrong is the same mgmt of Hotel 89 due to i jus got back from a 4D/4N trip which i had spend 3N at this hotel. imho it is the best hotel in the price range of less 200K for standard rms but to get this price you need to get hotel voucher from KAHA is Nagoya town, as for the hotel it has KTV hall & Rms (with GRO but price is quite ex), SPA n Massage (facility basic but of cos is new), coffee hse n rm svc (Food quite good) & even I'm in Std rm the rm r quite big but only one shortcoming is the floor r not carpeted but I fine wif that
